Credit Counselor Profiles

Julie Caskey is an associate in the firm's Texas office. Her practice consists primarily of family law.

Prior to law school, Julie received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M University. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009, graduating magna cum laude. While at Texas Tech, Julie was a Staff Member and Casenote/Comment Editor on the Texas Tech Law Review. While in law school, Julie published her first article, Raising Healthy Child Support Laws: The Growing Pains Created by Texas Senate Bill 617. During her final year of law school, Julie participated in the school's Civil Practice Clinic where she represented clients in Lubbock, County, Texas, in divorce and other family law proceedings, social security hearings, and estate planning matters, under a third year bar card. Julie also served as brief writer for the school's 2008 National Entertainment Law Moot Court Team, winning Best Respondent's Brief.

Julie is passionate about the practice of family law and is determined to help her clients achieve their goals.
